• Place your orders now! We strongly encourage you to send in your orders before this date (ideally during the week of October 15) to avoid any delays.
• New process for customer pickup orders: After the system update, all customer pickup orders will be invoiced once the order is prepared. Please ensure you verify the dates on your order confirmations and provide us with the correct pickup date.
• Document changes: You will notice visual updates on our documents, such as order confirmations and invoices.
• Possible delays: This temporary closure may cause delivery delays on orders we have on hand.

This update will allow us to offer a more efficient service and an optimized customer experience. In addition, a few small changes in our procedures will be introduced, always with a view to continuous improvement. A new communication will follow shortly to confirm the exact dates of the transition, giving you time to prepare and place your orders in advance.
